Useful answers

A little clarity.

Can you support another team’s work?

We first review its technical state, access and documentation. An initial handover or review may be needed before we agree responsibilities.

What does maintenance include?

Coverage varies by contract. We agree request handling, urgent-issue escalation, backups, platform updates, support hours and any response commitments in writing. App store management and continuing releases can also be included where agreed.

Can you keep developing the product?

Yes. Continuing improvements can be planned alongside support or within a dedicated-team engagement, depending on the roadmap.
